We are an online coffee brand and a travelling coffee ritual based in the Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal details described below, and you can reach us at info@teumbun.com or +31 6 57847505.

When you join our email list we store your email address and the page you signed up from. When you send a contact, experience or B2B request we store the details you enter in that form: your name, email address and, where you provide them, company, phone number, preferred date, location, number of guests, request type and your message.

When you place an order, your order and payment details are handled by our shop platform, which processes the purchase, payment and delivery on our behalf.

To answer your request, to prepare a proposal for an experience or a business enquiry, and — if you signed up for it — to send you occasional news about TEUM BUN. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the arrangement. You can ask us to remove your details at any time and we will do so.

Ad measurement (Google Ads): only with your consent do we load the Google tag from Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. It sets cookies and processes online identifiers (such as a cookie ID and IP address) to measure whether an ad click leads to a successful business enquiry (conversion measurement) and to optimise our ads. We send no name, email address, phone number or message content to Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a choice notice first; without consent the Google tag is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page; we store your choice, its time and the notice version in your browser.

In addition, the storefront uses the following strictly necessary storage in your browser:

• shopping-cart storage — keeps the items you added in your browser so your cart is still there when you return. It stays on your device until you empty your cart or clear your browser data.
• scroll-position storage — remembers where you were on a page while you browse. It is cleared automatically when you close the tab.

Checkout and payment take place on our shop platform, which sets its own strictly necessary cookies there to keep your order and payment secure. Typefaces are served locally by TEUM BUN from our own website; no font provider receives your IP address.
