Prices and orders
The TEUM BUN collection is not yet available, so no prices are shown and nothing can be ordered at this time. Prices and ordering will be published when the collection becomes available.
Payment
Nothing can currently be ordered or paid for through this website. Payment methods will be published when the collection becomes available.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are not currently possible. Shipping information will be published when the collection becomes available.
Delivery, returns and withdrawal
Shipping, delivery and dispatch times are described on our Shipping page. Your right of withdrawal, the return address and refunds are described on our Returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Experiences, events and business requests
A request sent through our forms is not yet a booking. We reply with a personal quote. A booking becomes final only after written acceptance of that quote and receipt of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. One date change is free of charge when requested at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Any cancellation charges and exceptions are stated in your individual quote before you accept it. There is no instant online booking or payment for events.

TEUM SHAI HER tea concepts are shown on this site as coming soon; prices will follow. Formulations and availability are unconfirmed and the teas cannot yet be ordered.
Questions and disputes
Write to info@teumbun.com first — almost everything is resolved that way. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
These terms and agreements with TEUM BUN are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
