Returns

Please write to info@teumbun.com or call +31 6 57847505 before returning anything, with your order number and — where it helps — a photograph. We answer personally and aim to reply within 2 business days.

As a consumer you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. After giving notice, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Returns are sent to: Maison NOIR & GOLD BY NG / TEUM BUN, Jupiterstraat 6, 3291 RB Strijen, Netherlands.

The direct cost of return postage is yours, unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged or defective — in that case we cover it.

For a complete lawful withdrawal we refund the product amount together with the standard outbound delivery charge, using the same payment method you used, within the statutory period. Where the law allows, we may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them.

For food-safety reasons we ask you not to open the seal of coffee you intend to return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as is reasonably possible, preferably with photographs. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Pre-orders are not currently possible. Shipping information will be published when the collection becomes available.
